Awful service in store. Particularly with shoes. Staff in the stores I visited seem reluctant to serve customers. Awful service online. Deliberately obstructive returns and complaints process. 4.99 per item to return online which I find excessive. I’d suggest using a competitor that’s more customer focused.

Terrible service! I purchased a pair of Karimor trainers with the tag RUN on the box! The reciept was placed into the box by the sales assistant which then got lost. The product started to fall apart after being used twice and I was refused a replacement product by rude and disrespectful in store staff! Apparently RUNNING on a tread mill isn't what the shoe is designed for! RUN means on a track or uneven surface/mountain and as a consumer i should have known that! Total joke! If you wish to speak to an actual person to make a complaint, you have to ring a premium number! Another joke! DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY! They are more than happy to sell you inferior products but make it impossible to exchange those products once they have been proved defective!!!!!!!
Popped in earlier tonight to look for some running/gym trainers. I have to say the chap that served me (I think he was the store manager possibly)….anyway he was an absolute legend. Nothing was too much trouble, helped me find the right trainers for me and didn’t mind me trying on a few different types. Wanted to pass on the feedback. Also the dude on checkout was brilliant too. Mike Ashley the fat Sports Direct owning douchebag probably doesn’t know the meaning of the word care. Hence my desire to big the employees of his company, up. Legends.
Great Store. Always very well laid out, great stock of items, and always very clean and tidy. The staff are always very helpful particularly Donna and Chris who are always willing to go the extra mile to assist which is rare these days! I would definitely recommend this store and continue to use for the foreseeable future.
