What a great shop! I found myself wondering around for ages, great selection of jewellery. I got two pairs of earrings which were then beautifully wrapped even though I did say that they are not a gift.
Possibly best customer service I’ve ever received! What a lovely, wonderful team! I was trying to find a specific Eribe cardigan & the amazing Moonflower team not only tracked it down (in the right size) and reserved it, they had it posted out the same day and it arrived the following day! Can’t wait to visit the shop next time I’m in the area. Thank you so much Moonflower team you really went above and beyond! X

Visited with my partner who bought a lovely dress. Very friendly and full of lovely things.
Recently I bought my boyfriends Mum a necklace for her birthday in this shop. I found the staff so unbelievably rude. No one spoke to me when I waked in. Then after I had paid the lady at the till did not even say thank you! I had just handed over hard earned money and not even a thank you. She barley said a word to me and I felt so uncomfortable. I won’t be giving them the chance to do this again as I won’t be returning. Such a shame as the shop is lovely and has brilliant gifts.
