Lovely place to shop. Gorgeous kids clothing. Everything excellent quality. Such a shame we are losing this great store.
I recently visited M&Co and I have to say, it was an absolute disaster. Let me tell you, this place has nothing to do with fashion and everything to do with a nightmare. Firstly, I walked in and was immediately attacked by a herd of mannequins. I mean, seriously, who puts that many mannequins in a store? They were all staring at me, judging my fashion choices and I felt like I was in some sort of Twilight Zone episode. But that's not the worst part. The clothes! Oh, the clothes. I couldn't find anything that fit me properly. Everything was either too big or too small. It was like they only had clothes for people who were either giants or dwarves. And don't even get me started on the prices. I felt like I was being mugged. For the prices they charge, I expected the clothes to be made of gold or something, but no, they were just plain old cotton and polyester. To top it all off, the staff were the least helpful people I've ever encountered. When I asked for help, they just shrugged and pointed me in the direction of the door. I felt like I was in a world where customer service didn't exist. In conclusion, I would not recommend M&Co to anyone. Unless you want to experience a fashion horror show, stay away from this place.

Not easy to return goods. NOT prepaid via Post Office. Can use Asda, apparently, which isn't that accessible. Will definitely think twice before ordering online again.
Always impressed that you don't have to hunt around amongst your store cards.As can trace you by your post code. Wish more stores did this especially in these days when being encouraged to cut down on plastic's and so on.
