   Honestly disapointing , they mantain all their products exept for the ones in the basketball selection . I have waited weeks for them to restock to no avail . i asked the staff if they have ran out and are just waiting for a new delivery, but it turns out they have plenty in the back and are just to lazy to put them on display. And on they rare occasion when they do have some basketballs in stock , they are kept in an appalling condition , scratches on them , sticky and on one time i found some BROWN SLUDGE wiped on a Lakers size 3 basketball [ this genuainly made me want to vomit] . WOULD NOT RECOMEND . 0/10

   Awful. Just awful. I was in here beginning of the year and it was very clean, great service staff wanted to help, unfortunately Nobody cared when I came in on Tuesday. Awful from start to finish.

   2nd time came in as a customer and its like staff don't know what service means like I wasn't approached they were stood around chatting I enquired about a product I did get some shoes in the end but the colleague who served me was blunt and not attentive I wasn't offered a bag either which I thought was a product focus nor have a nice day or thank you. Like this seems to be a common occurrence

   Absolutely shocking from the state of the store to the most appalling customer service ever.....1 girl on the tills when there was to lads down the far end of the store just chatting....very bad experience in a shop that once use to be great....

   Chloe was absolutely lovely. She helped my daughter to get the right wellies for her field trip. We went in five minutes before the shop could close, Chloe was very cheerful and helpful. The manager was lovely as well. Five star customer service.

   If Sports Direct want to keep the customers in the store for any length of time, they should turn the heating down when it's cold outside. Everybody is wearing warm clothing and it's about 25°C inside the shop.

   I ordered two sweatshirts, paid 4.99 for delivery (the same charge if collecting from the shop) When the items arrived one was much smaller than expected and very thin poor quality fabric. When I went to return the item I found I need to pay return postage too!!

   Never any staff around when you need them, had to wait ages as there was just one person at the till and after waiting ages I get overcharged and have to wait in the long line again. Terrible service!
