   I have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks for delivery since placing my order after being promised delivery would take 3-4 working days. A1 have provided this tracking number (DF935336716GB) for Royal Mail which does not work. I told them the tracking number does not work and they said they can not help me. How is this acceptable?

   I placed an order on May 3rd for a Signed Ronaldo jersey. Unfortunately the product came to me all broken on 11th May. I let ICONS.COM and DHL know about the situation. ICONS.COM offered me a very marginal amount as a refund (5 times lesser than the reframing cost here). I opened an investigation case with DHL and turns out that the shipper (ICONS.COM) has to apply for the refund for the product. So now, not only they have the money from me for the product but got the money from DHL as well and what they offered me was 20% from the previous 15%. Its really hard to get a reply from them. This frame was for me and my grandmother, with whom we watched my first ever football game (Man Utd and Ronaldo playing). Unfortunately my grandmother passed away during this whole saga and she didn't get a chance to see it. Till this date, the team is not even providing 50% back, which i think is fair provided they got money from me and DHL so anyways got more for the product than they were supposed to get. I am writing this review here as for this quote from Icons.com "Icons.com & A1 Sporting Memorabilia are trading names of Icons Shop Limited, company registered in England and Wales under company number 06791294 and registered address Unit 7, Airfield Industrial Estate, Airfield Way, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 3PE."

   I’ve bought a couple of nice pieces from A1 now, most recently a Cantona 1996 signed number 7 shirt for my husband for Christmas, he absolutely loved it. One of few businesses I will trust for authenticity. Always very well packaged and delivered quickly.

   Items are of questionable quality and aren’t genuine shirts. They are reproduced shirts not from the era of the player. Was signed with a pen that bled into the plastic (again, not genuine) and fobbed me off with saying this is how it is meant to be. Wanted to frame it but it’s not fit to grace my garage wall let alone office. Update- their response on here was within 2 days. Been waiting 3 months for a response to my emails aimed at reaching a resolution.
