   Terrible service. They didn't bother to help with anything I asked, and there were about 10 employees on the shoe floor. I needed to buy two pairs of shoes and left without buying any. People, support smaller stores, as they have similar prices and much better service. After that terrible experience, I went to Footasylum and received much better service and better prices.

   Shop closes at 5 on a Sunday. Wanted to try a few things on at 4:15 PM, they said the fitting rooms are closed. Before they used to close them 30 minutes before shop closing (which is still bad) but now they close it apparently an hour before. I’m not sure how that’s allowed

   Shop need to retrain there staff waited 20 mins for someone to check trainer size and when they coke back they had two other pairs and didn't even check for mine

   Came here on July 22 and I wasn’t impressed. Most of the items in the store didn’t have prices. You are forced to inquire about prices now and then like you are in some tuck-shop. The customer service was overwhelmingly poor. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Worst JD sports I have ever been to and wouldn’t never visit again or recommend

   I took a visit to the Southampton JD store today. I was with my little neice and nephew. Shopping with small children can sometimes be a little stressful but the store was very calm and the staff were all so helpful. A lady called Taylor in particular was very kind and attentive and made my overall experience very pleasant. Thankyou!
