   I cannot praise the staff of your West Quay store highly enough. Three different ladies helped me and my mum while we were shopping and trying on clothes. They all went out of their way to be so lovely and so helpful, Claire especially and another lady who I didn’t get the name of. They were all so busy, and poor Claire should already have left for home, but their customer service remained outstanding. Lovely people.

   Amazing service from Theresa today. She went out of her way to source size items that were not on the shop floor and further pointed out other items similar to ones I was trying to purchase. Lovely, polite and a breath of fresh air in customer services. 5 * Credit to the store.

   the hangers had the wrong sizes i got a size 8 according to the hanger and went home spending a ton load of money to find out the sizes were different to the label.

   What a great shop.We wandered in today and Molly came to help us we were looking for something to wear for a wedding and she was so helpful and friendly a credit to the shop. Also the cashier helped sort us out with payments and a bag and again so helpful and friendly . Made shopping a pleasure well done girls .

   Please can I give a shout out to Andi and Sophie who work at the Southampton West Quay branch. I was there today and both were very friendly and helpful and Andi even gave me some background to the stores eco friendly stance. I bought a really pretty white top and some pink shorts. Good quality. Happy to be a customer

   Good clothes, but they use Evri for deliveries, who are useless. Clothing advertised as environmentally friendly but was delivered in 2 plastic badges (why 2? Why any?), which makes the sustainability branding look like green washing and poorly thought out.

   Most of the stuff in fat face is great however the one thing you can’t try on beforehand nor return for obvious hygiene reasons is underwear… turns out that their women’s underwear is TINY! Their women’s underwear definitely runs on the small side!!

   I managed to purchase some leggings in the sale which I was really happy with. I have brought clothes in FatFace before which are good quality. The member of staff who served me on this occasion acted very professionally & she was very helpful. The layout of the shop is very good as you can have a proper look to see what is on offer.
