   Two times I went in there to buy some air jordans that just been released said they had size 11 then checked and don’t have them these are new should be bigger sizes avalible not very good waste of time never said to get them online girl with glasses worst customer service ever I went on there site and had loads she just doesn’t wanna work lazy and unhelpful

   Went in to return a pair of faulty shoes and the manager wouldn’t accept them, I pointed out to her that the website explicitly states you can return faulty online orders in store, but she got very defensive and blunt. This means I wasted 2 hours of my day getting there and back. Customer services also confirmed that they should’ve accepted my return, I now have to waste even more of my time doing it through the online process. I think they just couldn’t be bothered with the paperwork. Terrible service.

   Visited Size? Southampton recently and was really put off by the staff. They didn’t seem interested in helping and gave off a very ‘clicky’ and judgmental vibe. It felt like unless you fit a certain image, you were more or less ignored. I’ve had far better service in other shoe shops around the area—friendlier, more helpful, and far less attitude.

   Thought the service was poor yesterday waited bloody ages to get served and I said about she handed me my trainers I said thank you was totally ignored ive probably literally spent thousands in the have known the last couple of managers never had a problem but very poor also the tube the trainers come down in why don't you put something soft at the bottom stop the boxes getting damaged

   Good shoes but WAY expensive, not surprising as the shoe game is expensive but some these are way high. Wouldn't matter too much if they didn't have walkie talkies for every employee on the shop floor, to communicate with I assume the stockroom? But it creates the most AWFUL customer experience ever felt, the feedback from the other walkie talkies around the shop floor was completely unbearable and for my autistic girlfriend (who has sensory issues) it was IMMEASUREABLY PAINFUL, please don't use a walkie talkie to communicate with someone up one flight of stairs, just go up there and save your customers the worst experience of their lives, avoid this place at all costs.

   customer experience is awful - I was in search of comfortable shoes that you can wear every day; the specific brand I was interested in was New Balance. A shop assistant in the store basically told me that nothing is good, didn’t offer me any alternatives and just left me. I am so upset and disappointed, it’s so upsetting. but they are more than welcome to help any other customers, which makes me think that they didn’t want to help SPECIFICALLY me, an Asian-looking person.

   Fantastic selection of trainers, some as you can imagine very expensive. The staff are friendly willing to help if they can. And yes I did buy some 70s style Puma trainers
