So slightly disappointed with that.”

“I was on my way to Somerset for my mother’s funeral. I got a low pressure warning so tried to take off the valve caps to check but could not remove the caps. Went to Halfords for help and Jay was able to spray it and remove the cap and inflate the tyre to correct psi. So grateful, took 5 minutes. He was so polite and I was able to make my way down the M4 and M5 knowing my tyre was good. Thank you Jay you saved my day.”

“Excellent customer service when fitting a lightbulb to my wife's Fiat 500. A staff member saw me checking which bulb was out and knew what I needed, even the exact bulb, before I entered the store. The bulb to be replaced was located under a dirty wheel arch with restricted access, but the installation was completed very quickly and without fuss. Highly recommended *****”

Even standing away from the phone we could hear your staff member was doing his very best to provide the phone customer with the best service he could dispite thier inability to provide your staff member with the most basic curtousy. He did a great job of the serving us and keeping his cool on the phone.”

“If you want one, they have probably got one, might be in your size too. Check their website before you purchase as very often the the same item/product is advertised cheaper online than labelled in the shop. They have dynamic pricing so that all stock can vary in price and relabelling and updating thousands of products daily might require a few extra staff. Had a great bargain in a pair of Karrimor boots and am well pleased. Get in there!”
