   Newport is a city in Wales, and Wales loves rugby. I went to get my son some new rugby boots, but the have only a few pairs on display, and no assistance. Very disappointed. I came up to Sports Direct on an escalator. I am disabled. After finding our visit to be fruitless we left the store and found tape across the lift door, as it was out of order, and no escalator going down. This may be an attempt to stop customers from leaving the store, but disabled people have a right to be able to leave with some dignity. I managed to struggle down the stairs, but Sports Direct should have a duty to inform customers that once they have gone up the escalator, there is no way back down. Shame on you, Sports Direct, not all visitors to your store are athletes!

   Decent sized store on upper level with a gym below it. Barely any staff on duty so hard to get help. Changing room available. A lot of it is expensive. Very warm shop!
