“The ladies at Beams really know their stuff! They were very efficient; recommending the correct sizes for my daughter’s uniform and then notifying me as soon as the order had arrived. Also, when I noticed a manufacturing fault with a PE top I’d ordered after collection, they replaced it quickly and without any quibbles. I don’t think people appreciate how hard they work and how good they are at their jobs, especially during peak times! Thank you ladies, see you next year!”

They were extremely busy with a long que, which i imagine continued all day, but gave customers their full attention and were all smiling, friendly, proffesional and so polite. “Stayed over 1 night as visiting Cwmbran. Lovely double bedroom Coffee/hot chocolate and tea available. Bathroom to a standard. If you add breakfast, dining area is very good. Only let down was that you had to have waitress service for hot drinks and cups were very small. Maybe provide a larger cup !!! Self service on break buffet. Cold drinks , juices, fruit, toast and jam available. It is best to ask for veggie sausages if you are veggie before breakfast starts, as not cooked in buffet selection.”

“Amazing value for money. High quality winter clothes at really affordable prices. Good variety as well. We bought walking shoes and kids jackets and for adults we bought a lot as well. I just could not believe how great the prices were. We are from Perth and to get anything similar we have to go to a store like Kathmandu and pay 3 times as much and the quality would be comparable. Staff are friendly and goods are well displayed. Tq for a great shopping experience ..”
