Not often I encounter a person so rude, customer's are not allowed into the shop and talked to like toddlers,cant believe shes allowed to do this in 2025!
Always find a lovely welsh gift here. Even lovely tea towels. The staff in here are so helpful. We with undoubtedly be back.
I had such a delightful experience at this shop yesterday. I spotted the cutest little fluffy dragon in the window and just had to have it. Unfortunately, it was out of stock, but the staff were so kind. They actually sold me the display dragon from the window! I really appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile. It made my day!
The ladies at Beams really know their stuff! They were very efficient; recommending the correct sizes for my daughter’s uniform and then notifying me as soon as the order had arrived. Also, when I noticed a manufacturing fault with a PE top I’d ordered after collection, they replaced it quickly and without any quibbles. I don’t think people appreciate how hard they work and how good they are at their jobs, especially during peak times! Thank you ladies, see you next year!
Absolutely appalled by the service I have received spent £50 on school jumpers for my sons first day in primary and they lost the uniform - but they searched high and low and found it rang me and promised it would be available to collect the next day. Goes to the shop the next day and they have LOST the uniform AGAIN!!! How can you loose a uniform again - especially considering it was missing the first time you would think they would take extra care. So disappointed if I could get my sons uniform from a different shop I sure as hell would be!

I went in there and the lady treated me as a prisoner when I’m only at a young age she told me to be quiet and was very rude and called be short and small which seaplane offended me I don’t know her name but she made me feel small and weak , sorry
Polite and friendly staff, who treated me with professionalism, everything that I asked for was in stock and of the highest standard, I would definatley recommend to everyone
We used to buy uniform here every term. Since new management the prices have gone up and simply cant afford it. We now have a daughter starting nursery and the price of 2 t-shirts each, 2 jumpers/cardigans, plus book bags etc. We just cant afford it. So we're shopping around im afraid.
