   Staff went above and beyond to help my daughter. They recommended she join the halfords club as her purchase worked out cheaper overall with fitting. It was more difficult to fit the part on her car due to rust but they persevered and got the job done. Thank you so much for your help today.

   Excellent customer service when fitting a lightbulb to my wife's Fiat 500. A staff member saw me checking which bulb was out and knew what I needed, even the exact bulb, before I entered the store. The bulb to be replaced was located under a dirty wheel arch with restricted access, but the installation was completed very quickly and without fuss. Highly recommended *****

   On the positive side, the store is always tidy and uncluttered. Staff are very helpful. If they are not sure of something they will find someone who knows more about your query/problem. On the negative side, the tablets they have dotted around the store to help you search for the right bulbs/oils/batteries/wiper blades etc very rarely work and if you are lucky enough to find a working one they can be painfully slow. It's only a small thing but so frustrating, especially when all the staff are busy with other customers

   Excellent. I was seen very promptly on arrival. The sales assistant took me to the relevant area of the store, and when the search there did not give the answer he required we retried at a till athr rear of the store. A fitter arrived as the search result came up. He doubted what the computer suggested, and suggested he remove the old bulb before charging me. He went ahead of me to put on hi - vi's and we went to my car. He took out he old bulb and said it was as he thought. He produced the correct bulb from his pocket and fitted it with minimal fuss. We then returned to the store and he processed payment as efficiently. His name was Tom and I hope someone can pass on my thanks to him and commend him for the service he delivered.

   I visited Halfords Cwmbran on my lunch hour to buy new headlights for my car. Carl, who served me was excellent and explained about the Halfords club and the money I could save if I joined. He also took the time to explain all the other benefits , Halfords could help me with. Headlights were then fitted and I was on my way all within 20 minutes. Fantastic customer Service!

   I came into your store to buy a bulb for my car and was offered by the man who served me to fit it which I thought was very helpful!! He then found I needed another bulb and fitted that as well. The bulbs came to around £7 and when I arrived home and checked my receipt I was charged £8 per bulb for fitting but was not told at the time that there would be a charge and wasn’t told either how much it would cost….. I would never have agreed to this!!!!!!
