Also, when I noticed a manufacturing fault with a PE top I’d ordered after collection, they replaced it quickly and without any quibbles. I don’t think people appreciate how hard they work and how good they are at their jobs, especially during peak times! Thank you ladies, see you next year!”

“Stayed over 1 night as visiting Cwmbran. Lovely double bedroom Coffee/hot chocolate and tea available. Bathroom to a standard. If you add breakfast, dining area is very good. Only let down was that you had to have waitress service for hot drinks and cups were very small. Maybe provide a larger cup !!! Self service on break buffet. Cold drinks , juices, fruit, toast and jam available. It is best to ask for veggie sausages if you are veggie before breakfast starts, as not cooked in buffet selection.”
