“We usually place orders online and then pick them up in the shop. Orders are almost always ready to pick up within an hour of placing the order. The collection process is very simple and straightforward and usually fairly quick. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. There are plenty of parking spaces outside the shop entrance.”

“Asked for assistance from a guy named Josh who was working in the B&Q Newport branch.He took me to what i wanted straight away and even carried the self leveling compound i needed to my car for me as i forgot to get a trolley. Josh's customer service was absolutely first class and B&Q should be very proud of him as an employee. Excellent service”

“Boy this place has good quality and a huge selection I will be honest I didn't want to even go in there because it looked so expensive but hey I was wrong it's was very fairly priced I would highly recommend this pace for sure I was pleased it had plenty of parking the shop is massive so many things in here great place with great staff”

“I've use this place quite a lot and the staff I've dealt with Jordan, Amelia, Taylor have been really helpful, friendly dealing with my enquiries and purchasing of stuff from, kitchens, doors joinery, which is high quality, the other thing is if you order a kitchen and there's things missing they carry a good selection of parts at their depot, unlike some places I know where you have too wait weeks and sometimes months.”

Spoke to the Manager Greg, he offered 3 options, replace with an identical model, upgrade or refund. I was able to upgrade and very happy with the Brushless Model.
