A nightmare, they measured and designed the kitchen , paid and the nightmare started. Being delivered with loads of parts missing, went back and forth for days and days to re-collect, some of the part they didn't had in stock so we had to be delayed for days. Paid Fitter 2 weeks!!! Asked to speak to management in person , nobody takes responsabilty. It's been very frustrating and expensive experience. I wouldn't recommend Howdens. A big No!

Unfortunately we have had a bad experience. We designed and paid for kitchen quickly and to that point service was great. But as soon as money was taken no one is interested We agreed sale due to free flooring. We were one pack short and told we had to pay for it. We were due a delivery on the friday. This was delayed until monday and no one told us. Fitter was due to start on the Monday. We asked for plans to be included, they weren't. So i called up to say i was on my way to collect them. Had to stand on reception for nearly half hour with my baby waiting for 2 sheets to be printed. We were then short on bits on tbe delivery, no one told is. Just figured it out as fitting. Called up they said yes we know. We have a second delivery to go out to you. This came in on the Monday but nobody thought to call us or deliver it the following day, instead it has been booked in today (4 days later) and we have had to pay for an additional days fitting. I emailed the designer to complain about paying for extra flooring 4 days ago, i have been ignored. I called twice yesterday asking to speak to a mamager about our issues, i have again been ignored. I have emailed again, but will probably be ignored. The cost we've had to pay for extra fitting and flooring has put the cost above wrens now. So wish we went with them as we have heard nothing but good feedback. Such a shame as the initial service was fantastic and i would have highly recommended, up until the point of handing money over. This kitchen was also for my elderly grandparents who have had their house flooded and what i wanted to make easy for them in an already stressful time has just become more stressful Very disappointed

I've use this place quite a lot and the staff I've dealt with Jordan, Amelia, Taylor have been really helpful, friendly dealing with my enquiries and purchasing of stuff from, kitchens, doors joinery, which is high quality, the other thing is if you order a kitchen and there's things missing they carry a good selection of parts at their depot, unlike some places I know where you have too wait weeks and sometimes months.

Tried to get a quote from Howdens for a kitchen was given a price but when asking further questions the salesperson completely ignored them. I have since spoken to a carpenter who was able to name the salesperson without prompting and said it's not the first time hes heard of problems. Howdens were our favoured supplier until these issue so we had to go elsewhere.

Steer well clear of this depot. Absolutely awful service, multiple delivery issues, and fobbed off with every excuse imaginable for 2 weeks when trying to replace a faulty sink tap. Gave up eventually on advice of plumber who warned about replacing like-for-like low quality. One star only to enable me to post. If you need to buy from Howdens, I suggest travelling a little further up the road to the Pontypool depot where the service is much better.
