   Deplorable and tried to con my elderly mother for a smart TV charging her £50 extra for 2 minutes drive from the shop for delivery which is absurd and installation, which involves plug in at the socket and Internet password. Very rude and evasive when my mother tried to ask about the delay in her delivery date. Had excuses putting back the date by more days and still no communication unless she rang them. Even rude to my mother when she enquired in the shop. Asked quite well within her rights to get her money back and initially refused and put phone down! I went to the shop with my mum, who asked again for her money back in person. The man in his 30's was slouched behind the counter and on the phone and ignored us. Having to wait patiently my mother then spoke to him repeating a refund as he finished his call. Politely she asked why there was no call to explain delays to the delivery and that she had made all the calls to find out what was happening about the TV delivery. He gave no explanation and belligerently stated he had a 'word with the boss' and 'normally we don't give refunds'. Upon asking where it states in UK law that a consumer cannot get a refund I asked this man and he shouted 'oil!' proceeded to shout aggressively at me 'leave' and lay hands on me pulling at clothing and shoving at me invading my personal space. In which I did not react but told him I would call police which I did. He called police but hung up as it became obvious that I was not leaving and my elderly mother asked he take his hands off me. I talked to police outside and another officer spoke inside the shop. I signed a statement about making a complaint. An absolute disgrace of a shambles shop.

   Colin the owner of Appliance UK Euronics was very polite and professional when he came out to fix my Dishwasher I could not fault his work. He was on time and repaired my dishwasher cleaning as he worked. I will definitely recommend and use him again .

   The Owner of this business was absolutely wonderful with sorting out a suitable fridge-freezer for me when the one I ordered turned out to be damaged and had to be returned. Excellent service and delivery. I will certainly use this store for any future electricals.

   After installing a dishwasher ourselves, the dishwasher stopped working after the first use. They attended very quickly, resolved the issue, no quibble and no charge. Outstanding service and will most definitely use again to purchase any future appliances.

   Excellent service before and after Shopped around for a LG washer, Appliance uk was cheapest and cheaper to install Fast service even take your old one away. Delivery drivers go out of their way to get items to you 11 steps to my door other retailers want do that well done to the delivery driver's and thanks colin for your friendly service. Will be back highly recommended.
