   Like many others here, this is no reflection on the store but of the scam parking management company that runs their car park. This is the second time they’ve tried to extort money from me. This time one of my tyres was touching the line of the parking bay I was in. They tried to get £60 (rising to £100) for this cardinal sin. Told them where to go and they’ve backed down but won’t use this store again. EVER Wickes need to sort this out

   Bought a Wickes Angle Grinder online. After the first use, had to return, as there was an error with the Switch. Spoke to the Manager Greg, he offered 3 options, replace with an identical model, upgrade or refund. I was able to upgrade and very happy with the Brushless Model. Very helpful, very professional and my preferred choice for Tools and Materials from Cardiff.

   Pulled over to the side of the car park to ensure a load was correctly secured to my roof, now I’m faced with a £100 fine. There’s a possibility you will be facing lengthy legal proceedings and the theft of your hard earned money if you shop here

   Compact shop. Has most things. It felt a little chaotic when I visited. The staff were friendly and the click and collection service worked. The shop was mainly clean and tidy and easy to navigate. Easy parking but Newport road is always best avoided if you're not a fan of traffic.

   dreadful communication between each department. my kitchen has been an ongoing case for almost 3 years and there’s always continuous mistakes (wrong kitchen colour, wrong worktops, awful installation, etc.). still unhappy with my kitchen and installation as i’ve been given the wrong worktop alongside the other mistakes. go through with the installation at your own risk! it’s not cheap and it’s definitely NOT worth it.
