I took my car in for servicing at Ford Evans Halshaw on Newport Road today. but unfortunately there is a bit of gray area they did not give a document which shows when my next will be due or the equivalent mileage (Interval). The Visual Check Video that they usually provide after the service was done either Left uncertain if this service was actually carried out. I spoke to them after to ask for this information to be emailed to me but no one bothered to do that. Terrible customer service. Will be taking my car for another service where people actually care about customer service and keeping customers happy. I will not be returning or recommending.
