Fantastic service by AF Thomas Electricals supplying and fitting a new hob within 24 hours. The two lads who arrived were extremely pleasant and patient ensuring that the fitting was precise and secure and didn't rush the job even though they had other deliveries to make later in the day. I would highly recommend them and will look to use them again in the future. I'm a very satisfied customer.
Great service from the team for a Freezer Delivery and a Smeg Oven installation. Gas engineer was very thorough, explained what he was doing and tidied everything up after his work. The delivery team were polite, friendly and ensured that they did not leave until we were completely happy.
A F Thomas gave me fantastic service both when choosing and purchasing a washing machine and when delivering/installing the product. The delivery team could not have been more friendly and helpful - despite it being the end of a long day for them on a Friday afternoon, they fixed an existing problem with the washing machine connector lead and clearly cared about giving excellent customer service. I received similar outstanding service when buying another appliance from them last month and can't recommend them highly enough.
First machine had to be replaced due to a fault. A F Thomas very professional and arranged a replacement immediately. No messing or trying to repair the original.
We have been buying all our white goods at AF Thomas Electricals for twenty years. It's always a pleasure to shop there. We have never been let down. Recently, our dishwasher went on the blink again. There was a five year warranty. It was really frustrating dealing with the makers direct. Staff at AF Thomas stepped in and dealt with the problem so professionally and efficiently. The machine was eventually replaced thanks to them. There is always a chance of a problem. It's how the problem is dealt with that matters. This is why I use the local dealer. The service, right down to installation, is just better. This is the first time I've ever left a review. I should have done it sooner! Great staff. Thank you
