Not the friendliest place to visit last visit colleague's we're sat on the counter when i entered the shop. Not inviting at all
Cwmbran screwfix and pontypool screwfix could learn a lesson in customer service from this branch Couldn’t do enough for me extremely happy with the service I got Huw and Youseff store managers 10/10

Store is minimal yet well stocked. Kerion who is believed to be a manager presents himself as very sarcastic and rude which is unfortunately a bad reflection on the other staff members at this site. He is never in correct uniform and scruffy. As a manager and main representative of this store I'd expect a much better attitude rather than given short, unhelpful and blatantly rude responses from a manager. This has been on several occasions.

Physically mmall store, but good stock and very helpful staff. Convenient location once you know it's there.
