It’s always a pleasure visiting Newport Toolstation. Claire and Jill are lovely and brighten our day every time, making something as boring as picking up a box of screws actually enjoyable. Think a few reviewers have misplaced their sense of humour or forgotten to take their pills!

Went in looking for discs for a disc grinder I’d never used. Jill helped me pick the right products with no fuss at all. She was cheerful, kind and helpful AND it was a Saturday. Who likes working Saturdays??? Jill, that’s who.

On collection of my 3 radiators I ordered online from up north where I was working... the member of staff knew exactly where they items were and brought them to the car within 5 mins with no hesitation (very heavy) and afterwards she was extremely helpful helping me look for some other items in the catalogue.
Friendly, reliable and knowledgeable staff. Kath in particular gave excellent customer service, calling me, as promised, to let me know when an item was in stock and going out of her way, even when her shift had finished, to ensure that I had what I wanted and left feeling valued.
