   I had an extremely disappointing experience at Howden due to the behavior of a staff member named Leneasha. During my visit, I was subjected to racist comments and laughter directed at me, which was both humiliating and hurtful. This is completely unacceptable and should never happen in any professional setting. No customer should ever feel disrespected or targeted because of who they are. I hope Howden takes this matter seriously and ensures that employees like Leneasha are held accountable. People with such attitudes should not be representing the company or dealing with the public.

   Shocking the whole branch should be closed down. Never seen incompetency at such a high level in my life. Don’t send all items, don’t reply to emails. Worst experience of my life - small claims court paperwork en route Avoid at all costs I suggest using aj and team at bilston howdens- operated properly and competent the whole team, on point at all times.

   Ordered doors from Howdens to be delivered last Thursday with handles and locks, did not arrive so called Friday and told they can deliver Tuesday, doors turned up but no locks, called again to be told they couldnt find them when the order was picked and would re-deliver today, we arranged to collect them because the carpenter is fitting the doors today. Just visited the store and had to wait an hour to get 2 locks because they couldn't find them, didn't keep us informed and they looked disgusted when I went over after 30 minutes to find out what was going on! Also surprised to see one of the employees smoking in the workplace while he loaded a van, this has been illegal for years now.

   Shocking experience!!!!!!!! I order kitchen from Newport Howdens,they say will be ready in weeks time,as i need to move in,in couple off weeks time in my new house,my only half kitchen arrive,and other half not sure if will come !! Contact Howdens everyday and they acting like if they dont now whats going on!!!! had person for 3 days waiting so he can fit kitchen, but paid him just to waist his time!!! Angry!!!and if my kitchen not arrives till tmrw, will take other units back and get all my money i have paid!!! Will better get new from other shop,bet will be ready in no time! Never Buy from Howdens, as they only fast to take payments, but not what you paid for!!!
