   Didn't even knock the door for delivery. Order was cancelled put a massive delay on the job. Having to delay the carpet fitters furniture deliveries . Everything that was organised for father the job was completed.

   It’s quite disappointing to save up a long time to purchase what you hoped would be your dream kitchen, to have the whole experience be quite the opposite. We were misadvised by the sales assistant on many aspects of our kitchen design, the largest being the cupboard finish to get for our kitchen, we reached out to the store to share our experience with a hope to try and find a resolution, this was not the case. We were told that we can purchase a special product supplied by the store to help cleaning the exterior of the cupboards and that many people have complained about the same issue. I would not recommend anyone to buy the super matte finish, if you have expressed a key need to be easier cleaning in your kitchen. The sales advisor told us that the super matte finish would be the best and easiest to clean - this is not the case at all. We were given false information to encourage an up-sale. Unfortunately we would not recommend this company to anyone thinking about spending a large amount of money on a new kitchen as any issues or feedback in our experience was not met with understanding or acknowledgement. I feel the sales advisors/designers should be trained further and confident that the product information they are sharing to customers is factually correct and meets the customers wishes rather than focussing on trying to sell for a month end bonus. Very disappointing experience overall.
