The experience in the store was very good and the staff were helpful and took time with me, but this was let down by the delivery experience, the bed was delivered by the manufacture "Furmanac" with a so called "white glove service", I won't go into detail but poor communications, delivery promises not meet and a yobbish incompetent delivery team. So I won't be using Bensons for Beds again.

We have a grate experience with our new bed and mattress! After two months since we bought it, we can say that it worth the effort! Very pricey but priceless! One of the most well invested money as we came desperately to find the best mattress! We end up buying the whole ultimate bed! Tv included! A year ago we bought a mattress which was presented the highest quality and it is but not matching our needs. We were tested individually, me and my husband. Results that the pressure points are slightly different for each of us. We learned that the computer from the testing mattress gives the diagnostic and shows which kind of mattress is good for both. We were spoiled by the professional service and the endless variety with friendly presentation. It was a long process but worth the effort! Take the time and see pictures!
