    Went here to purchase an office chair as I need it for using my sewing machine and need a decent one. Turned up to find door locked with a notice to ring bell. Did this and a woman answered. I told her what I wanted and she asked ‘do you have an appointment’. Obviously I didn’t know this. She said I couldn’t come in because of this and as it was ‘Easter’ (no it’s not it’s 16.4.25) and they didn't have enough staff. She seemed like she couldn’t care less . I was willing to pay probably around the £200 mark. Your loss, I have purchased one elsewhere. Worst experience I’ve encounter anywhere

    Dreadful company to work with. Only skill appears to be completing public sector tender documents as it is clearly not around customer service, furniture delivery or product quality.

    I have thought about this review for 2 weeks...and I'm still annoyed. My husband and I came to look at some office chairs. Lady at reception said they were up stairs. We asked if there was a lift. No, fair enough so with a struggle and a stick we made our way looked around, sat in a few chairs, got thoroughly confused and waited nobody arrived to help. Loads of people at work very busy down on the ground floor. So we came down stairs and said nobody came to help us. Oh do you want help? Was the receptionist responce? ..my thought was yes but no way are we going to climb up the stairs again with our mobility problems. I think you've got too big to think about individuals..and small customers..dont forget your roots..nobody was bothered we were small fry no big order potential...well no big recommendation.
