Good store with plenty of parking. Limited child and disabled parking but the store has a good entrance and lift for the first floor. Very helpful staff.
Love it here. Had breakfast-banging the Lemon cheesecake to die for. And the shop itself to wander around is great for small finds
Dunelm's "Made to Measure Service" for curtains is highly recommended. Clare & Claire in the Bridgend store patiently talked me through the ordering process. Ian measured up and offered sound advice. Ian & John then took care in expertly fitting the curtains. All done in two weeks. Wonderful. I must also mention L & R in the Midland's factory for their skill in making the curtains.
A fairly large Dunelm shop selling a variety of household items, including curtains, rugs, lights, bedding, soft furnishings, kitchen and dining items, artwork and more. There is also a cafe with about 20 tables. The café sells reasonably priced hot and cold drinks and a selection of hot and cold food. They have a few deals including a scone with jam and cream or a doughnut with an Americano or cup of tea for less than £4 (you can pay an extra 30p to choose a different drink). They also offer a free child's meal for every £4 spent on other food and drink. The shop is spread over two floors with a lift and stairs providing access to the first floor. There are customer toilets at the rear of the first floor The car park is shared with the other shops in the retail park but there are usually plenty of spaces here. There are a couple of disabled parking spaces and 'parent and child' spaces near the shop entrance. The staff here are usually very friendly and helpful.
Found what I needed eventually but it would have been better if there were a few more staff around to help. Always good value
Fantastic shop, with brilliant choice. Love everything in here! One member of staff extremely pushy and rude with requesting email for receipts. Please ensure your staff respect "no" the 1st time...
One of my go to places for “Dorma” luxury bedding. Guarantee to always leave with multiple trollies filled with lovely stock.
Great shop and great value too. We came here originally to go to the cafe, but ended up spending quite a bit too as the had some great offers. You can get a lot of things here from kitchenware, houseware, curtains, duvets, lights, blankets, box's and a lot more too. The store is well laid out with plenty of room to get around and the staff were good too. Loads of parking and is in the same place as Argos,Costa and subway .
