Bridgend Argos has completely shocking customer service. I have had 3 defective meta quest 3. The staff were saying that they were set up wrong. Even though it's a well known fault. Just need to Google it. I have always purchased from Argos. Lost a customer here and will be progressing this complaint.
Never very busy and staff are polite. Shop is tidy and I've never come across a broken ordering terminal there.
Not the best purchased a laptop online for click and collect at the checkout gave me the option of paying in 3 instalments so I decided to avail myself they then debited my account for the whole amount and the first instalment after talking to customer care they have refunded the first instalment so I paid in full I might not have been able to afford it which could have been very distressing
Clean and bright and smelt good in there. no more small blue pens and catalogs to fumble around with, everything is now done on touch screen =)
Tried to return an item and treated very badly accused of using item which was untrue. Being accused of lying doesn't go down well with me. Supervisor wanted to make an example of us infront of some young new staff and refused to exchange or serve us. Went to another argos store and exchange was very smooth.
There's a huge range of products in the catalogue. The staff here are helpful and cheerful. Parking is excellent and, as it's right by a main road, it's easy to get to as well. You don't have more than a few feet between the doors and the car park so collecting heavier items is more realistic than if you'd have had to lug them a distance to your car. There are disabled parking bays (at least 8) and it's all wheelchair accessible.

Brilliant friendly staff, even though they were hectic with last minute shoppers, they took the time to assist me find the product I needed. And appeared happy to do so. True customer service at the highest level
