“Can't fault the facilities here. The parent and child toilets and changing area is 100%. I was so relieved and pleasantly surprised to see those when taking my 8 year old boy with additional needs to the toilet after realising I'd left our radar key at home. They're so clean and maintained well. It was a really nice experience. The parking was excellent. Spaces for disabled and child and parent bays very spacious and the overall area nice and clean. Plenty of shops with huge variety. I always enjoy walking through the food court. All the different choices are wonderful. On the whole, we had another excellent shopping trip and can't fault Dewi Sant at all. I hope these standards stay the same. Many thanks.”

“The Range at Culverhouse Cross is a lovely shop with such a lot of items to buy to put in your home and family and friends. Great gifts at good prices. At the back of the shop they have a lovely Garden Centre with a lovely selection of plants, trees and bulbs. There is also a lovely area for being able to shop for food. Many freezers have a great selection of frozen foods.”

“Visited the store yesterday around 1400 and despite being quite busy the place was clean and well organised. The fitting room wasn't staffed which I find a shame but it was still clean and organised. I paid at the till at 1421 and the 2 women serving were both lovely, friendly and helpful. Top marks for this Matalan (unlike my local one in Camberley where the staff are consistently super unfriendly).”

“Had a really good experience at John Lewis Cardiff and honestly it was mainly down to the Nespresso rep. The guy was genuinely so helpful and clearly knew his stuff inside out. He took the time to explain the different machines and pods properly without rushing or being pushy, and even walked me through how My John Lewis rewards work. He also showed me how handy it is keeping receipts on the John Lewis app, which I didn’t even realise was a thing. What really sold it for me was how engaging he was. Proper easy to talk to, answered every question, and actually made the whole experience enjoyable. He even made me a really nice coffee, which obviously didn’t hurt at all. I went in just to look and ended up buying a Nespresso coffee machine, so that says a lot. He genuinely put John Lewis in a great light and made the brand feel premium but still friendly. The shop itself is really nicely laid out, clean, and easy to find everything without wandering around aimlessly. It doesn’t feel overwhelming, which I appreciate. Parking was also straightforward with plenty of spaces, and the price for parking was pretty decent too, especially for the city centre. Overall, great experience from start to finish. Big credit to the Nespresso rep for making it such a positive visit. Definitely left feeling impressed.”

“To be fair, I'd say that the team at the Building Centre today really went above and beyond for me. I really needed a bulk bag of all in, along with several other heavy items today in order to complete a job I had a deadline on to finish today and had been let down by another company. The driver (I can't remember his name but he was an absolute gent) added more work to his day (which he really didn't have to do) by ensuring that he fitted in my last second delivery request this morning so I could complete the job I had on in time. He really didn't have to do that, but I was immensely grateful that he did. The lady who sorted my order at the counter was brilliant too! Thank you guys, you saved me a "bulk bag" of hassle today!”

“Marksies in my opinion have "upped their game" in quality and stock of sizes. Their sales are proper sales now with real bargain knockdowns. I suppose this had to happen or die. I have always had the opinion that if stores not only M&S but all traders, if you ran out of specific sizes etc you have nothing to sell and become uncompetitive and unreliable.”
