   Plenty of cheap plastic things to buy but some good items once you get past the "made in China" rubbish. Used to have some reasonably priced Xmas trees but seriously sparce and overpriced now. Glad Iceland foods are here, some interesting and well priced meals to be found. Sheep run to the tills feels like a silly TV game. Also thought we had stopped loading sweets near tills but there's miles of them here - put blinkers on ya kids folks! Stafff seem nice enough, hope the chain look after them. Still have toilets here which is something my family really appreciate, we would have left the shop much sooner without. Don't tend to use café as I'm a coeliac & most offerings tend to be cakes only, nothing for lunch but I've not checked recently. All wheelchair & pushchair accessible too ✅

   Helpful staff in the store and a huge range of products. The cafe staff were friendly and helpful, the food / drinks were good...however the staff were so busy that tables weren't being cleaned / cleared, we had to clean up before we sat down. The toilets were in a dreadful state, run out of toilet paper and no soap. Mixed impressions overall.

   The Range store is great, but Dee Dee’s Café seriously needs improvement. My brother and I were starving and looking forward to a LARGE full breakfast. Instead, we got one undercooked sausage each (menu says two), hash browns that were pale and barely cooked, and bacon with more fat than meat. The girl serving was pleasant, but she didn’t ask about any of the listed options (brown/white bread, fried/scrambled eggs) - we were just given whatever came out. It took 40 minutes for the food to arrive, and when it did, we could barely eat it. We even overheard the table next to us complaining they’d been waiting an hour and hadn’t even received their toast when it did come. Please sort it out, because at the moment, the food is well below the standard the store deserves.

   Good shop. Toilets are disgusting. (I dont think its the cleaning. Its when a room is so grim no amount of washing will clean it.) Don't use the cafe.

   I was so impressed by a particular staff member called David, who went out of his way to help me look for an item. He even took me up to the computer, looked up the item and told me the exact time to expect it in store. So kind. Thank you David you're a credit to Range.

   Great shop! huge "range" of products! Not everything is of a decent quality but you get what you pay for... the plant section is usually great value and well stocked in the summer.

   Great place, roomy, most staff helpful like the young tall lady near the lighting section, deserves a Gold star. Tills not fully manned, but as soon as a lot of people waiting, they jump on the tills and wow - fast. Great range of goods, massive shop with a great Christmas selection. Lorraine in the Cafe really nice, food and drinks inexpensive. I visit often for a hot chocolate.
