Christina came back within an hour to my email, which despite email supposedly being quick usually means you wait days to hear back, but the response was so quick I was very impressed. Repairs were done next day, I was massively impressed with it all and will without doubt return here again for any more repairs I need. Keep up the good work”

We were there with our daughter choosing the bed and mattress for her and she can be very difficult at making a choice if given to many. The member of staff was extremely helpful and welcoming managed to choose a bed frame and mattress. Bed was delivered on the expected delivery date and also the delivery man were brilliant. “Ordered a new mattress through the here and then returned to purchase a bed frame too, they were very friendly in store and efficient in delivering with both items coming earlier than predicted. Also, the delivery team were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that they took their shoes off so they didn't mess up my brand new carpet, that shows respect that isn't always seen these days. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from here again, in fact, this was a return purchase as they sold me my last mattress many years ago.”

“I never appreciated how good the layout, quality, store tidiness and overall service was until we called into B&Q for a change! Here we have friendly staff and customer friendly payment tills, happy with cash,card payments and no customer-repelling self service tills which are clearly inadequate for larger items. Good work staff and management and we won’t be going anywhere else again and please don’t ruin everything by getting rid of the tills!”
