    I was very impressed by the professional service provided by Andy on my first visit to Dreams. He helped me identify the type of mattress best suited to me, quietly narrowing the choice down to a favourite type. I left to discuss my options with my wife, returning the following day, when I also met the store Manager Jonathan as well as Andy. On both occasions I was offered refreshments. I chose the least expensive option as this provided best value for money given my age, the reason I also declined the insurance offered.

    We were greeted on entry, but the sales team were not intrusive. They ensured that we knew that they were available if we had questions. As we browsed, we were offered hot drinks & was offered seating. Disabled access for the lower floor was excellent, but we didn't go upstairs. The range & quality of their products are excellent. Our previous mattress has lasted easily over ten years & remains beautifully comfortable, even though we have decided to replace it. The pricing in store is easy to compare & when we needed assistance, it was given freely & with clearly knowledgeable input. The young sales assistant was very happy to help & we used their sleep position scanning technology, which was fun. Delivery times are acceptable, but there is a fee for weekend deliveries. Overall, we were very happy with our experience here, which is why we came back when my disability forced us into needing a new bed.

    I was missed sold a mattress I wasn’t told it needed to be turned every week and after one month turned every month there after also it was not the mattress I tried in the store,had I been told this I would no off purchased the mattress I only found this out by reading all the information pack, I am81yers old and registered disabled so hopefully you will understand my problem.

    We bought our beautiful bed from Dreams because we thought this shop could be trustable. We had to wait around a month for delivery and then we got a reject product. We got a bad bed for £800. Was not possible to build the bed because the screws was not in the right place. So it didn’t fit anywhere and we were just at the half way. We called customer service but they didn’t care they said they can give £70 refund or £100 voucher for dreams ( you obviosly cannot buy anything for £100 maybe a half pillow) and the right parts of the bed but we have to wait an other month for it and one of them s available and hang up on us, after we called them again the other one would give us full refund if we give back the bed but still we need to wait even for that. We even went to the shop where we bought it but they said that unfortunately they cannot do anything about it we only have to call customer service what buy the way you definitely need to wait for half an hour. Disgusting, very very bad experience I hope I can help to others… I attach some picture what they say it’s brand new but looks used.. yeh I don’t know how to attach pictures

    Staff member in here was great salesman but he had no real clue what he was promising me and my pregnant partner or the trouble he has caused us but we are still waiting for our 4th delivery of a bed, the staff who are selling have no clue about delivery's or stock or anything outside of you paying and as soon as you do it's not their problem we have been delivered a half bed, then no bed, then a broken bed, we shall see if we actually get our bed on the 20th, dissapointing service. It should be brand new from the factory right ?

    We went to look at bed frames and bases and Jonathan the store manager was incredibly helpful. He gave us lots of his time and giving us the pros and cons of a variety of beds. There was absolutely no ‘hard sell’ or push towards the higher end priced products. We were given plenty of time to digest the information and left the store for a while to do so, before coming back and placing our order. Jonathan was polite, professional and incredibly helpful throughout. There wasn’t any salesman ‘waiting to pounce’ as soon as you walked in. All very relaxed and an enjoyable experience all round. Delivery time was very good too! Can’t wait for the bed to come now - just need to get the paint brush out first!
