   It has taken 2 weeks for us to receive the right parts for our kitchen and there have still been things missing as it’s being built, such as legs for the cabinets and backs for the cupboards. This has caused us many delays. The cabinets that were delivered first were the wrong colour, corner fillets were damaged and missing, along with two cabinets missing and the wrong sink. We were also sold a breakfast bar worktop when we didn’t need one for ours as a normal size worktop fits, meaning we’ve overpaid for something we didn’t need. On the day of delivery, there was no contact at all from howdens to confirm delivery or a time. I rang up first thing and was told they would be delivering around lunch time. They turned up at 5pm. The kitchen designer we had, designed the kitchen in a terrible way, The boiler housing was designed to have pipes all stuck out of the bottom and he told us to use cut offs to cover them up, which would look ridiculous. All in all, appalling service. Avoid at all costs!!

   We are over the moon with our new kitchen. Jay, Sunnie and the team couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the process. Great communication and such quick delivery (including worktops and worktop installation.) Definitely recommend ☺️

   Been chasing this company for over 4 weeks to get my layout plan and list of materials so I can start to get ready but I have been ignored every time, the new starter was quick enough to start to do press ups in the office when he made the sale shame he is not as eager in the aftersale. Spoke with his manager about this she promised she would get him to ring me and that she would email me the layout, did not receive the layout or the phone call because the day he was meant to ring they were closed.

   If I could give it less than one star, I would! I'm writing a review for my nan who doesn't know how to. "I'm absolutely disgusted with howdens aftercare and customer service. I was promised my kitchen would be delivered intact at 9 AM this morning and it's turned up at 4PM with over 20 main parts missing after giving 6 weeks notice. I'm absolutely appalled and I will never buy from them again nor will I advise anyone else to use their services."
