Hi all went in this morning to hire a cement mixer on my account got to the desk to be told he can't go and get the item because he is on his own . I was like fine are take my business else where as I went to walk out there were staff in the yard doing aboustly nothing . It just made me think the bloke couldn't be bothered to walk 20 meters to get the item . For a big company like tp I found this experience aboustly shocking . On the plus side hire base were more than happy to help me out so shall be using them from now on sadly tp have lost thousands of pounds of business from me and my company !

Garden project recently required quite a bit of materials from Bridgewater and Weston Super Mare branches over a 2 day period. Both orders needed modifying due to a mix up on my part and the staff could not be more helpful. Refunds and credits were dealt with quickly and deliveries were on time. James at Bridgewater and Andy at Weston were excellent.
Two pallets still sitting on my drive, a month after a number of requests for them to be collected. Can't dispose of them, as they have orange tips, meaning they need to be returned to the supplier. PLEASE COLLECT THEM THIS WEEK!
Ordered bulk bag of chippings. Andy was great on the phone and even expedited delivery for a Saturday morning! Worjeck the delivery driver was fantastic in getting the chippings right where I wanted down a narrow driveway. Will definitely be using them again! Thank you.
