   Installed the kitchen a few months ago and I don’t normally leave reviews but the kitchen and the service was so good they deserve one. Couldn’t fault it from start to finish. I’ve watched friends and family use the usual familiar companies with many problems but no issues whatsoever with Better Kitchens . Would recommend them without hesitation!

   Very disappointed in this company. Their website clearly shows they sell 470mm deep cabinets and has a price for them on their own, however the following screen forces you to select a door, at a further cost. I messaged them and explained I just needed to buy 4 cabinets without doors and the reply explained they wouldn't sell me just cabinets. Seems a very odd way to run a business.

The guys I spoke to on the several occasions I went in were so helpful & gave good advice where needed. I love my new units, so well made & solid (the fitter agreed too) as well as looking stunning. So pleased I've bought them from Better Kitchens

   Very good online configurator and ordering process. Everything was delivered on the quoted date. We only ordered a few pieces for a utility and had them delivered as flatpack and the assembly was straight forward as you'd expect. Good quality units and the doors and end panels at 22mm thick are solid!

   This was the first time we had bought a kitchen. We had absolutely no idea what we needed or how to lay everything out, but the design team here were so helpful in explaining to us all the options and layouts we could have. The 3D renders showing us what our kitchen could look like were so helpful when making our choices. The order process was very simple and the team helped us every step of the way. They explained timelines, delivery process and were even able to help explain some of the fitting stuff to our guys on site putting it all together. We had a couple of pieces that were damaged on delivery and replacements were immediately ordered. We even had a piece missing (that we only realised as the last pieces of the kitchen were being put together) and the team were super quick to rectify this, and did it with ease. I felt very looked after every step of the way and we are super happy with our new kitchen! I would highly recommend Better Kitchens to anyone looking for a quality built kitchen and impeccable customer service along the way.

   Excellent quality kitchen for a good price. Very helpful staff at all stages, design (special thanks to Neil & Julian), order...and after sales when the inevitable extras are needed! Slight hiccup with what appeared to be a new member of staff giving the wrong advice during an after sale query, but this was promptly sorted by Julian when we highlighted it to him. Would highly recommend.
