    A delivery lorry for Bensons For Beds was witnessed damaging my property whilst making a delivery elsewhere. Despite providing evidence when requested, they denied all company denied all responsibility. They appear to think that damage to property is acceptable. Their customer care department is dreadful. I strongly recommend steering well clear of this company!

    We purchased a bed and mattress from Bensons for Beds. The store and staff were friendly and welcoming, I’m unsure of the gentleman who helped us but he was lovely. We were there with our daughter choosing the bed and mattress for her and she can be very difficult at making a choice if given to many. The member of staff was extremely helpful and welcoming managed to choose a bed frame and mattress. Bed was delivered on the expected delivery date and also the delivery man were brilliant.     Bad company with no respect for customer’s feelings and pains despite months of failure delivery .Bensons Beds don’t value customers.Bensons Beds they displayed total failure to customers desired and needs.

    Appalling service. Mattress ordered in April 2022, scheduled for delivery on 23 June 2022. The mattress arrived COLLAPSED because of faulty storage, we had to refuse the delivery. New delivery scheduled 4 weeks later although because of a faulty service. The day of the delivery, the driver didn't want to deliver the mattress saying that the lorry did not fit the driveway (which is untrue, since the same lorry was absolutely fine in the same driveway in June) and just left. Delivery rescheduled on 30 Aug, 9 weeks after the initial delivery slot. 4 days before the scheduled re-re-delivery, i received an email a call from the store informing me that the delivery was cancelled and no reason was provided. Update 05Sep: 4th rescheduled delivery canceled with no notice and no justification. The level of service is close to fraudulent behavior and an abuse of customer rights. A gest of goodwill of 100 pounds voucher has been offered, for a 1500 pounds mattress paid 5 months ago.

    We have not had the best experience here recently. No so much the store but the product and customer service. Store staff are helpful and efficient. But when our first mattress arrived it was damaged, waited a month for replacement. This didn't arrive in the scheduled date and after waiting over 60 mins to talk to customer service they discovered they had cancelled the delivery by mistake. When they did rearrange it took another 2 weeks to be told it had been found in a warehouse mouldy. The third mattress was ordered and this one also arrived damaged. We were offered compensation but not a repair and no guarantee if the original item became worse. When we decided we were going to cancel our order they just passed us back to customer care. It took another 124 minutes to get through. They cant pick up faulty mattress for another month or give us a refund to buy a replacement until after they have collected the original faulty item. We went back in store to see if they could help and are awaiting a reply from the store manager.

    Considerably lower prices (than competition on other side of the road) for very similar premium mattresses). If only delivery of desired mattresses/beds could take less than 4 weeks I would be definitely buying it here! Excellent customer service experience!
