To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report a poor customer service experience at your cafe. During my visit, the service provided was inadequate. The staff member who served me did not make eye contact, did not engage in basic customer interaction, and delivered responses in a mechanical, scripted manner. The interaction felt impersonal and dismissive. In particular, Eleanor requires additional customer service training. A minimum level of attentiveness, professionalism, and human interaction is expected in a customer-facing role, and this standard was not met. Please address this issue to prevent similar experiences for future customers. Regards,

The fabric and curtains areas are much less than before and so less choice now. Desk and person available for made to measure curtains and blinds. Didn't visit cafe or other upstairs areas.

Great place, lots of variety and consider people's budgets. Staff can be helpful but not many can be found not even at the self serve tills

Poor customer service. Delivery not arrived. Contacted customer service via live chat who simply passed on the responsibility to their online team via email. Replied to said email and didnβt hear back. Delivery still not arrived 3 days later even tho tracking online says was due to be delivered 3 days ago! Donβt recommend!!

The floor staff in Dunelm are extremely polity and helpful. Itβs a pleasure to talk to them. Itβs a shame you canβt say the same about the coffee shop staff who are unable to say sorry when they make a mistake. They also canβt say hello how can I help you or thank you. They need some customer care training. Politeness cost nothing. I have visited this store twice and at both visits I have experienced this.

I always enjoy looking round the shop. It is most useful for most aspects if the home. Today's visit however was to pop in to the cafe with a friend for a cream tea! Naughty but nice as they say. The scones were of a generous size and they were warmed for us too. Another thing I noticed today was that there is now an area where we can donate our clean undamaged home textiles for re use. This is a great idea as many charity shops don't have the space to receive duvets and pillows.

Only popped in to meet up with a friend for a coffee and can't stand Costa. Great service decent coffees and hot chocolate and half the price of the big chains.

Quite a big store at Weston super Mare, most things seem to be in stock but a little untidy at times. Although it would appear that if what you want is not in stock at the store, you order it in the store they will only do home delivery. If you want to collect it from the store you have to order it yourself online and chose click and collect, strange. However, the coffee shop is very good with a selection of teas, coffee, snacks and cakes at reasonable prices.

Managed to purchase the items we went for, the staff in fabrics had been really helpful. Stayed and had lunch ( jacket potato) in the cafe which was lovely and very reasonable priced

Excellent covid safe - the staff are really professional and quick with cleaning up the tables and then disinfecting - I like the knives are locked so you can't remove them - the cafe is open with a shortened menu - you are asked to wait and then shown to a table - you then order at the counter - staff are brilliant really friendly coffee very good - overall excellent and you feel safe
