Very disappointed experience. Rang on Monday to book an appointment for an engineer, which went fine and booked an appointment for Tuesday morning. No one turned up and have not managed to speak to anyone at the business since. Only able to leave answerphone messages.

Called this company out to look at my washing machine which developed a problem. They quickly diagnosed faulty bearings and explained the cost to replace would not be worth it. I paid the call out fee and they said if I purchased a new machine through them they would knock off the call out charge off of the new item which was very fair. Have just taken delivery of a new AEG machine. The installers literally could not be more helpful. They installed it, checked the plumbing and even took away the faulty machine. I was most impressed at the fact they cut the plug off (the mains cable had to go through a small hole in worktop) and re-fitted the plug once the cable had been inserted through hole). Have had several appliances from a well known high street store and they have never once done that - rather, refusing to do anything other than the basic installation. I highly recommend using Weston and Worle appliances and we will certainly be back should anything else go wrong or need replacing. Thank you guys, you are a credit to your industry.

They quickly identified the problem with my dishwasher, and it was agreed we should replace it with a new one. This took longer than expected to arrive, but when it did it was installed quickly and professionally and I was shown how to use it, and given advice on how best to use it. I would give zero stars if this was an option! I booked this company to look at my partners tumble dryer which was making a loud noise. Before the engineer arrived it was moved out of the cupboard to make it easier for the engineer to inspect . The engineer arrived and came into the property without a tool in hand, however using his phone to send text messages. Literally no tool box, screwdriver absolutely nothing! He had a quick listen of the dryer running and said it sounded okay to him then charged a £60 call out fee and left. At no point did the engineer at least pick up a tool and remove the back and top of the dryer to look for any potential problems. How a company can justify an extortionate call out charge for zero work/inspection is really unbelievable. The company have been nothing but rude and unhelpful since when we have both called to ask for some justification regarding this charge when we have quite literally paid for nothing. You would expect a fee to cover diesel and the engineers hourly rate of pay but £60 without even picking a tool up is nothing short of ripping people off.

Although the work was very quickly arranged and done very well, the best thing was the response time. Christina came back within an hour to my email, which despite email supposedly being quick usually means you wait days to hear back, but the response was so quick I was very impressed. Repairs were done next day, I was massively impressed with it all and will without doubt return here again for any more repairs I need. Keep up the good work

Fantastic customer service in diagnosing and repairing my oven. I was kept in contact through the initial visit to find the fault with the oven and the component that needed to be replaced. The second visit to fit the new part was quickly organised after they had confirmed the part was correct from the manufacturer. The price quoted was the price paid, everything was transparent throughout and completed on time. Nice to be able to use a local business and I would have no hesitation in using them again. I would certainly recommend that if you have an issue with your appliance they will be a great company to use. Five stars from me!
