   I had to call in this morning to sort out an issue I had with a tool I had ordered. ( parts missing ) Katie and Cam were extremely helpful and I left the store in less than 10 Minutes. Thankyou both, you are a credit to tool station.

   Purchased a waterproof external 13 amp socket from here, but unfortunately it was not suitable as the socket was not central to the cable outlet, I took it back and the two young members of staff were exceptional in their help to get the problem sorted. I was really impressed with their help and patience. One very happy customer.

   Got charged double for something in magazine. They said the magazine price was wrong and they can't override it. Few days before I went in for a step ladder, they said its only available in Highbridge. I said can I pay for then to get it delivered they said no. You go on website and anything you want is out of stock. Utterly useless, please close.

   Always a positive experience visiting the Weston Toolstation branch. Wanted to thank a member of staff for her friendly and helpful customer service earlier today. I was in need of my item which I had ordered a day prior that arrived into the store but wasn't unpacked and processed yet. Alisha took the time to look through a number of boxes to help search for my item to save me from having to return to the store again some hours later. She didn't have to do this so thank you for doing so!

   I really have to leave this review because over the last year on about two other occasions this week being the 3rd I've had to deal with one of the most obnoxious rude and unprofessional members of staff at this shop. The first two times I put it down to having a bad day so this week having to deal with him for the last time you can tell it's not a bad day . So I'll now be taking my business elsewhere which I know is not a lot but don't forget word of mouth can cost also a easy free suggestion if you don't like working with or cannot deal with the general public don't work in retail
