   Two young gentlemen went far out of their way to help replace my car key battery by hand. Even did a small bit of research. I insisted giving them money as it could cost a fortune but they politely refused. How kind can you get!? They did it with pleasure and kindness. The whole family is always pleasant, kind, caring and easy to talk to. Love to go in there and usually always leave with a smile as of them. Thank you so much!

3. Stoned Savage! ★☆☆☆☆

   STAY AWAY AT ALL COST IT'S 100% ALL A WASTE OF MONEY. Went in to buy a pedestal fan I asked the shopkeeper to get it down for me and he ignored me and instead sold the last one to someone else instead. Also bought a toasted sandwich maker from them and it cracked into pieces on its first use and then tripped all of my electricity off from the breaker. Totally unusable and their customer service is non existent. I'm now an ex regular I prefer to support local however when that local shop does not support you as a regular what is the point in buying there when what you buy doesn't even work as intended and breaks on the first use. Even a simple air freshener from Dragon Discounts in penarth is unusable as its leaking real bad all over my hand when I spray it. Not bothering to return anything there as I won't get anything back and it will only make me upset even trying. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY!

   Dragon Discount Penarth – A Hidden Gem! Very good store with a wide range of products – literally everything under one roof! You might go in for just one item, but you’ll likely come out with ten. Prices are very reasonable, and their vape section is especially impressive – probably one of the cheapest you’ll find in Cardiff and Penarth. Highly recommended if you’re looking for value and variety!

   I love discount dragon they have so many offers and soooooo many bargains that I've bought from them several times and have always been happy. My latest delivery was completely unbelievable though, DPD were supposed to deliver it on Sunday day but they said no one was home, I was home and we have security cameras that said they never even tried to deliver it. The same happened yesterday but my camera says they never tried. Same again today, they then said because we weren't 'home' they took it to a post office (but not my post office) both my husband and I are disabled so it was awkward and painful to have to find where we had to go. We picked it up eventually and the box looked like it had been used as a football. To say it was damaged is an understatement. I do still love discount dragon but I'm a bit weary of ordering again if DPD is involved

   Whilst I used to love this place it has recently bee taken over. There is hardly any room in the shop and unfortunately not disabled friendly. There is a lip on the front door and not enough space on the isle to go up, there are also steps to get to the back. Bit unfortunate, no vapes that I could see and the prices are not as nice as they were with previous owners.
