   Been here multiple times, everyone who I have interacted with there has been really helpful, answered any questions I had however small, and prices are competitive. As a girl you can sometimes feel intimidated/judged in hardware stores etc but I have always felt welcomed here ☺️

   Staff member refused to sell us a product as we don't have an account. This has never been an issue in other store locations. Be prepared for rudeness from staff if you are a customer of both tool station and the shop next door. Would recommend using a different Toolstation or different company.

   I was in the Toolstation . I asked hep from the guy, i showed him, i am looking from that part for the toilet flush. He said "he doesn't clu what is that. " i told him what i said , that is a part of the toilet flush. He gave me a items book and look there he said, the dark blue the Bathroom parts. I tried to look. I went to ask him any chance you can look in the system, i have brand and some product numbers. He sad what? Another guy was helping to another customer. But he piss me off so i left! Sorry but your employer no need to help to the customers! He was a 35-40 year old skinny man! I didn't go there before closing, I ask help politely! No need that attitude!

   Disappointing customer service from “Andrew”, clearly didn’t want to be working in a customer facing environment on the weekend. Rude, abrupt and argumentative. He processed my order through another business account details who share the same address as mine. I explained that their are 30 business’s on my estate and that it needs to be addressed to me, which he didn’t. So no another business will be contacted when my order arrives in and potentially can go and pick it up under my name using the text order reference. In the end I had get his colleague to help who printed the receipt. Wrote my number on the top and said he would call me when it comes in.
