Guy on the counter unnecessarily rude about a parcel I had to collect from there. Quite a bizarre experience, misplaced anger I guess. Won't hurry back.
good shop but terrible customer service, pls hire good and caring staff not some idiots at the till
One cashier refused to give me proof of postage when I returned a package there so I don't use it anymore - think the staff need more training on this side of things. It's a shame cause they're generally always lovely but this has put me off
Bog standard store. Had a pretty good range of items.
