Managed to get to the store not long before closing on Friday night as the last resort, after trying all other obvious places in Weston. Lara not only greeted us with a smile, but she helped us in a very professional and expert way. Got what we needed. Very happy with the service.
Picked up a great deal...and it's local, mustn't grumble
I don't post reviews really but really terrible service from this store, one member of staff on, seeming incapable of acknowledging anything or apologising for the waiting times. I left and went to Toolstation, met with a smile and my goods in just a few minutes. I'll go straight there in future.
I picked up a toilet Sunday but when I got home the handles on the cardboard box broke. Box hit the floor and cistern cracked. Melanie replaced the toilet straight away! Brilliant customer service, thank you.
As usual great service and prices,served by a very happy, helpful and friendly young lady,who has better nails than she should have for working there and carrying gear around,on the serious side a great outlet which we will be using again,5 stars all around.
Not a store, just a glorified checkout counter. Useless for anyone who wants to browse products to find the right fit. iPad system is slow and clunky, walked out in a mood without buying anything.

Needed a special tool for our caravan whilst on holiday in Somerset. We'd planned a day out and ordered ahead so I could collect when passing by. The item was in stock and service and price were all good.
This is not my first terrible experience. From builders renovating my shop to me personally fitting a product theres always either a customer service issue or a issue with a product and looking at its review being a 3 star noting it saying easy quick fit i thought it would be a doddle. I bought a hand shower branded Triton but wow it is built soo cheaply for something thats only 3KW and soo small costing me £75.00. I dont like dissing and judging companies but when its a regular issue its not good. The issue with the handwash shower were it was a used one repackaged using Gafa tape to reseal, water dripped out of the bottom of the port were the copper pipe screws in and also its plastic thread was slightly burred as it was previously used but sold as new. After attaching the shower head it was loose and wobbly even after tightening so i added a leather washer insert to stop it from leaking and spraying water from the connection below the shower arm. Im sorry but this was the worst product ever and it was supposed to be brand new not used. I have fitted it now and know Screwfix Weston Super Mare dont want to know anything about it, i dont want to argue so im just gona post it up and worn people to check for gafa tape on boxes before purchase and missing parts or used components before they leave the store.
