   Aweful customer service at this store. My daughter drove me to the store as some of my dining chairs need fixing before Christmas but my daughter was holding the product as I was unable to retrieve it myself as I suffer from Fibromyalgia and Arthritis and it was located below my range of ability. We both had digital ID but they refused to sell it even if it was for me and i paid for it. Asked for manager who just repeated the same to us as a colleague had already said no. I will NOT be going back to this store!!!!

   There were hardly any lights on in the car park. (This with 3 more hours of trading to go) This is both dangerous from a getting run over point of view and from women getting attacked point of view. I informed a member of staff who first told me it's nothing to do with them and then when I said can't you tell the store manager, they said they do but nothing happens and it's been like that for over 2 months. I appreciate that the car park is probably not owned by B & Q, but you need to get on to whoever owns the car park to get it sorted quickly before an incident happens and also before you start losing customers!

   A decent size of store but not my first choice, if the same products are available elsewhere. Staff are always helpful though, no issues there. I'm a TradePoint user. But they don't stock full sheets of 6mm MDF or 11mm OSB, which are available anywhere else. Limited range of MFC panels. Some of their 18mm hardwood ply is only good for curved work! I often have to travel to the Bristol stores instead. I've never been a huge fan of the car park but I don't think that's B&Q's responsibility. Creating the one way system has helped. You do still see non-badge holders using the disabled spaces.

   A very good place to buy DIY products in Weston Super Mare. Garden - Bathroom - Kitchen - Electrical - Tools etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of car parking spaces including disabled parking. It has restrooms.

   Recently bought a kitchen and the staff have been immensely helpful. Had to go back a couple times for the odd bit and they've been more than happy to accommodate and have had no issues with getting me the odd bit that was accidentally not delivered. Julian has been a great help in getting the side/back panels sorted for us as we have had quite the trouble deciding on how best to do it all. Very happy overall and would highly recommend B&Q as the staff are brilliant!

   Nice large store. Which is well laid out, and easy to find what you are looking for. If you are unable to find an item the staff are always helpful and point you in the right direction. There are plenty of items available to purchase. There was work going on outside at the time of the visit, so there is a bit of a walk around depending on where you parked, to get to the store entrance.

   Big store. Prices quite competitive. Went in for 2 bedside lamps. Lots of lamp bases but hardly any choice of lampshades to go with bases. Display a bit dusty and dated.
