Mike came round to replace the grill element on my SMEG range cooker today. He was absolutely superb! My kitchen units made pulling out the cooker extremely difficult but he persevered and succeeded! Excellent job and such a friendly service. THANK YOU so much!

We have just bought a reconditioned rangemaster deluxe from this store and you would think it wad brand new. I have no hesitation to give a full five stars not only for the cooker but for the outstanding customers service. They traveled over an hour to come and fix a small problem with one of the burners. I know you wouldn't get that kind of service with any of the big stores. Very highly recommended
This is a great place to buy a cooker. My parents and my grandparents have brought a cooker from them and they are amazing. The prices are much better and cheaper then some of the leading places. The staff are happy to help with anything and if they don't have a cooker you want, they will keep an eye out and will let you know when they have one for you. They also take away your current cooker and will fit the new one for you.
We went to look for a refurbished Rangemaster cooker and the choice is excellent with a lot of them looking almost brand new. We spotted a lovely cream 110 model and decided on this for what was a very good price after some great advice from Mike the owner. They have been in business since the 80's so they know their stuff and are very honest. It was delivered today and Mike and his colleague worked very hard to install what is, lets be honest a very heavy appliance. We are extremely pleased with the result and would recommend The Rangemaster without hesitation.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We bought a Falcon cooker which has been reconditioned to a very high standard. Both Steven and Mike offer great customer service, which is hard to come by these days. Not only did they deliver our cooker to St Ives in Cornwall, but came back (3+hour drive) to do a small 20 minute job. Thank you very much!
