   I have been there today , i choose a white tank top which is £3, when i go for billing, the rude lady short blond hair, asking me if i want to oay from card, i said yes, but there is no tag attached to it, she somehow i dont know said its £9 for 3 tanktops, i said why should i ay for 3 because its just one, she exhausted and said ok, and moved on , zero services, she dont know how to handle customers even today is not a busy day at store, i was so upset by this behaviour and thought for a once that it could be my mistake to shop from here and when i was going back i again saw that tanktop price mention on top of it £3, i call one of their member and asked the price she said £3, amd told the whole story to that member that blond lady on till was rude and she said we cant sell separately and its a pair of 3, That lady made my whole day off and upsetting Your company should train you guys what is the meaning of customer services.

   Just had a really poor experience with 'Holly' on the ground floor desk. Honestly can't believe how awful she was. Thankfully an embarrassed colleague took over, apologised on Holly's behalf and served me.

   Horrendous shop. Untidy. Really far too hot to comfortably shop. They must lose loads of money. I saw people enter them almost immediately leave because of the heat. Customers showing their dissatisfaction with their feet.

   Quality does not match the prices. The shirt sizes are off and there's never enough choice in sizes either. The sweaters I've bought here have faded really quickly compared to other shops and the leather belts have left marks on my shirts and trousers. There is a good changing area though and the self-serve tills are hassle free.
