    Absolutely appalled by the service the I received from one supervisor at River Island Talbot green, the woman was so rude and refused to give me a refund because I'd had a new card, same bank same name just different numbers. Her response was "you should have kept your old card then if you wanted to return something" in a really cheeky manner. I will for certain not shop in River island Talbot green ever again. Not one of the women in the shop are helpful, they always look you up in down all the time, and are not willing to help, and they are very stuck up. Absolutely disgusted.
