   Visited M & S Queen Street, Cardiff today. What can I say? If I could give the store zero stars I would. The only baskets appeared to be by the entrance/exit doors. I was buying many items of clothing for my granddaughter on the first floor - no baskets in sight. I was left trying to carry armfuls of clothes with nowhere to put them. Went to the desk to pay & was served by a totally disinterested young lady with with zero customer skills. Onto the ladies toilets next to the café on the first floor. One word - disgusting. The smell was overpowering with toilet paper strewn around the floor. No shelf to put your bags on. Horrible store. Next stop - John Lewis. What an absolute delight. Great customer service, plenty of baskets & super clean toilets.

   I’ve always found M&S to be a reliable and enjoyable place to shop. Their food hall is outstanding – the quality is consistently high, and their ready meals are both delicious and convenient. Favorites like the fresh bakery cookies and their famous garlic bread always feel like a treat. The clothing range is another highlight. The styles are modern yet timeless, and the quality is excellent – items last well after many washes, and sizing is accurate. Recently, I picked up a pair of jeans that are both comfortable and flattering, and I’ve received several compliments. What makes the experience even better is the customer service. Staff are always polite, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile, whether it’s finding the right size or advising on new products. The stores are clean, well-organised, and make shopping feel stress-free.

   A very lovely store that caters to the needs of all age genres. Clothing items available in almost ever size imaginable from 0- old age. Also have a lovely cafe/grocery store. Store is always clean and staff very courteous and professional. Also have a travel money department,so you can do just about everything in one store!

   M&S is a great place to find something for everyone! They have clothes for moms, dads, and kids, plus shoes to match. If you need to spruce up your home, check out their home goods section. The store is always super clean and easy to navigate. The clothes are good quality and look great on the shelves. Their food hall is a foodie's dream! You can grab a quick lunch, stock up on groceries, or pick up some fresh flowers. They have everything from frozen pizzas to fresh fruits.

   I am constantly targeted by m&s ads on Instagram & there are lovely fashionable desirable things on offer , all of which are out of stock online but instore its impossible to find any of them bring in merchandisers with vision like the online people. Would love to spend here.

   Tried to exchange a child’s item today like for like as it was too small . It was purchased just before Christmas tags intact and in the bag . Very abrupt response too late can’t change it. I was buying £176 worth of items as well as the exchange . I said keep the item I have no use for it. She said no can’t do that you take it and shoved it in the bag . I had to take all this with out complaint as I had my 8 year old grand daughter with me and had no desire to make a scene. Disgusting customer service absolutely disgusting M&Shad gone right down in my estimation appalling

   Very large Marks & Spencer store, conveniently in the centre of Cardiff, plenty of choice plus concessions. a large section of high quality food. great selection of dates. A hot drinks corner has recently been added inside the supermarket , which is an important addition if you are in a hurry. I highly recommend.

   Queue at cafe twelve deep at 10.10 and twenty deep when we had finished our drink at 10.30. Only one of the ordering tills open. Really unusual experience here, previously been very good. Hope more staff available for lunchtime rush! Additional thought is that older customers are not that confident on self check tills on the sales floor.
