   Not a bad place for groceries. Prices are very good and competes with Aldi. You also have the same offers as Aldi. I find Lidl are improving over time with self-service as a new option. However, you still can't pop in and out with a product that has a security tag on it. First you have to scan your receipt upon exiting the self service area. Then wait for a cashier to check your receipt before removing the tag. (That is after they finish serving the customer. I don't know why the members of staff cannot do this who are supposed to be assisting you at the self service.)

   I love the shop, but surely you should tell your staff to be clean, the security guard and shop assistant smelt so bad I could barely be in the shop that long.

   to the security man that was following myself and my mother around the store yesterday even up till where we are to pay for our groceries just because of our colour. i hope you are proud of yourself. you should probably use the same energy for other races too.

   I’ve been here several times as it’s the most convenient Lidls to me, and not for a single other reason. I always have an awful time in here from the second I turn into the car park which is like a game of hunger games with a bunch of incompetent drivers swinging out in front of you. The trolley situation is always sparse. It’s like choosing the best gun to shoot myself in the foot with. Often times they make a weird rattle noise and eat my coupons. I always rush around here, the fridges just make me depressed and by the time I reach the beans, I fully want to break down into tears and pull my hair out. The selection of produce in general is… depressing too. Queues are always long and take forever, probably not always the person on the tills fault when so and so comes in to feed their family of ten for the next week. And then she’s busy faffing with her lidls card that doesnt work because theres data connection or wifi for the app. While her kids all scream and cry. Simple answer would be to open more tills but the workers act like thats a chore and not what they’re paid to do. Such a stressful atmosphere in summary and I wouldn’t step foot here again if it wasn’t so convenient.

   DISGUSTING. My mum suffers with a back/neck condition which makes it really painful for her to move at times. One of your employees, HUMILIATED my mother. She came past the till with one of lidls pull along trolleys and wouldn’t be let out of the store with the pull along trolly. She nicely asked if she could take it to the car and bring it right back. Employee SMUGLY responded with ‘nope.’ She then asked if someone could help her take it to her car. Again, she’s met with another smug ‘nope.’ She left lidls being stared at by the whole, long lines in lidl, feeling embarrassed and humiliated. Absolutely VILE. Lucky she had my YOUNG sister there to carry ALL the bags. I’m livid and I won’t let this go. Shame on you. I hope that one employee sees this and is just as EMBARRASSED and SHAMED.

   Really big store, always stocked with food, fresh bakery inside too, there’s always offers, gardening products, and random stuff on sale. The isles are majority of the time clear. The staff are always nice and polite. Reason for the 4 stars is because sometimes there is lack of staff to help on tills, and therefore the wait is longer.
