Costa (Coca-Cola) need to get a grip of pricing strategy. Prices are different in different shops. £5 for a latte seems crazy. Score propped up by great staff and service. Thank you.

Ordered cappuccino from here, chap wirh blue hair gave me a cup of froth, he took offence to me calling out on it and proceeded to make a sarcastic comment. Not great customer service at all.
The costa itself is lovely but the site manager in charge of the services needs to get himself some people skills.
Customer service not at the standard that I would expect. When I got here there was nobody waiting I did have a look at sandwiches but the young girl just went in front of me started toping up the shelves so I couldn't see what's available. So I waited maybe 1-2min and when she finished I choose the sandwich I wanted. She looked at me but no sorry no nothing, she couldn't care less. Then as I struggle to walk I was hoping to sit down and enjoy my sandwich all I got is a paper bag a bit disappointed if I'm honest not a big deal but would be nice to have a plate.
Despite Covid measures easy access to Costa within Services building. Nice seating area. Friendly and quick service. Lots of steps from car park to main building.
It is Friday, June 10th 2016 went to costa Cardiff west, normally we call on a Sunday morning and we usually have excellent service, the supervised Anna is so lovely and helpful. Today the staff couldn't care less, I ordered a flat white and an earl grey tea, with the teabag on the side, after being served with my coffee I asked where is my tea , when I had my tea it was every day tea instead of earl grey. Had to ask for teaspoons and they were dirty. Get your act together Costa.
